  This is a movie styled like a TV Documentary that is trying to come to grips with the Japanese phenomenon of “Kogals.” There is a TV host, and he brings several “Kogals” onto the show to try and find out what makes them tick. In case you don’t know what a Kogal is, it is the name given to a particular type of young Japanese girl, who likes to get her body as tan as possible, and then bleach her hair blonde. Throw in a high (if strange) fashion sense, and a lot of strange and bizarre makeup and you have the look. As the show tells us with an info crawl that goes over the screen as we see three kogals shopping. “They are a phenomenon based on rock icon stars of the 1990s. They miss school. They spend the days shopping. And they like sex.”
  
  Then we cut to an 18-year old Kogal named Honako who is trying to explain the philosophy. Why sweat life? Have fun. Party. She is with a guy on the show and the two then have sex right there on TV. And this little chick does have one swee...
